I am writing to report a problem I am encountering while inviting new users to my Apple Developer Program account. As the team administrator, I have been facing an issue where newly invited users are unable to create a password for their new accounts.
When I send out an invitation, the recipient receives an email with a link to create a password for their Apple Developer account. However, upon clicking the link, instead of being directed to a page where they can set up a password, they are immediately redirected to the login page. This means that the new users are unable to determine their password and, consequently, cannot access their accounts.
I have verified that I am following the correct procedures for inviting new users and that my account is in good standing
Recently, my company has subscribed to an MDM service. Does this have anything to do with managing user logins on Apple Developer?
