I just did the update. Siri will play text message when it was sent to me but will not send one. Siri connects but does not send text message or anything else.

I am not in Beta mode. I could not locate how to do the bug reporting. I did call in and they tried to trouble shoot. Everything they tried did not work. Case ID: 102408877364. At the end of the call, my car siri was not working at all. I did reboot my phone and then the rest of it worked. It just does not do anything after you say hey siri. Just keeps circling.
