I have been trying to import my photos from my phone to Mac all night. at first it was working and then just suddenly stopped. I am connected via a USB. I open the Photos app on my Mac, click "import all new items" and now i just get a gray status bar with no movement. This has been going on for over two hours now. I have searched all the forums but have yet to find a resolve that actually works.
