Anyone seen this where it won't allow you to sync old iMessages from your previous backup, or set up your new Apple Watch Ultra 2 or use Apple Wallet? Only fix it shows is to delete 18.7 GB of my iMessages. Would rather not do that.

Under your name> Some iCloud Data Isn't Syncing> Resume Data Sync > Enter iPhone Passcode (accepted)> Couldn't Sync iCloud Data> Cancel or Delete iCloud Data> Delete iCloud Data then shows Messages 18.7 GB and Health 200.3 MB. Any ideas? On current Dev Beta on 16 Pro Max.

Apple Support had never seen this before and pointed ne to Dev side.

I am having this exact same issue. But it asks me for my AppleID password - then a second password from another device. I put the password in from that and even other devices and it doesn't accept it.

I think I have encountered a problem similar to yours. Albums and memo address books will not be synchronized.
