Hello everyone! The Swift Student Challenge officially starts tomorrow (February 3rd), and I have a question. Am I allowed to use tools like Photoshop to create artwork for my project? I’d appreciate any clarification. Thanks in advance!

Yes.
As always, I encourage you to read the fine print. It talks about using third-party code and assets, so if you’re using a graphics app to remix an asset then it’s important that the follow the rules. But if you’re using a graphics app to create your own artwork from scratch than, yeah, that’s not only fine, but expected.
