For your model conversion needs, I recommend that you use Preview on macOS and the usdcat command-line tool.

Please Apple team do not assume that everything can or should be done by devs who can use command line tools. In our organisation we have QA managers who do the conversion and look for USDZ errors (you know best that format is hard to handle).
Please, please stop thinning out on updates and tools, visible links to software and so on. You are not doing your own VisionOS platform nor anything else in terms of Quicklook AR a favor.
