This week I update from Xcode 16.0 to Xcode 16.4. Today I realized, that the Menu item "New Group without Folder" does no more appear, when I press the option key.
I tried to find an answer with DuckDuch Go and Chat GPT, but without success.
Can anyone help me, how to fix that issue?

Hello, Same issue!, like you I searched the wab and ChatGPT and nothing until I found this post.. The "New Group without Folder" option is not showing, it is listed in the Key Binding in Settings but it can't be used. I went back to Xcode 16.2 just to add my Group and reopened Xcode 16.4, crazy!, definitely a BUG in Xcode, hope they fix it.
