IAP Product display incorrect currency price

I has sandbox account with Japanese local. When i build app directly to check, price is displayed in Japanese Currency. But when I install app from the Test Flight, price is always displayed in USD Currency.

the issue is appear in iOS 18.5

How can i fix this issue ?

I have the exact same problem but with EUR and USD. It does not happen all all devices though. The devices that I have it on run iOS 18.5.
