Developer ID Notary Service

Yesterday there were reported outages on the Developer ID Notary Service, but it was reported pretty late and we were able to notice the outages in real time. It says resolved now, however an error still persists:

Error: HTTP status code: 403. A required agreement is missing or has expired. This request requires an in-effect agreement that has not been signed or has expired. Ensure your team has signed the necessary legal agreements and that they are not expired.

Is there an ongoing outage at this moment that is not being reported again? Our pipelines have been working flawlessly for months without intervention nor changes until the most recent outages

I’m not aware of any ongoing issues. And I usually do notice such things based on both internal and external reports [1].

The developer agreements did change recently, so it’s possible that this error message is accurate, that is, your team’s Account Holder need to accept to the latest agreements. Can you check with them about that?

It's been painfully slow for me, too.

That’s not the same issue, in that ashleyddc is reporting a failure rather than a performance problem. If this problem persists, I recommend that you start your own thread with the details.

It's been painfully slow for me, too. I've got an app that's been processing for an hour and half so far. Something isn't right.

Thanks for getting back to me. I checked with our account holder, and it turns out we just needed to sign the new Apple Developer Program License Agreement that was released a few days ago.
