Hello everyone, my app is designed to help people sleep. It has been rejected multiple times due to issues with version 1.4.1 during the submission process. However, the app simply evaluates users’ insomnia and anxiety status based on their responses to questions and provides some relaxation methods. It does not involve any medical-related content. The reviewer provided screenshots of the assessment results page and some relaxation techniques. How should I handle this issue?
Guideline 1.4.1 - Safety - Physical Harm
There's really no need to post this three times. If you need to update your original post, you have a one-hour window in which to do so. If you're outside that window, just add a reply to the original post. Duplicate posts clutter the forums.
Thank you for your post. If you disagree with the outcome of the review, we recommend submitting an appeal to the App Review Board. When filing your appeal, make sure to:
- Provide specific reasons why you believe your app complies with the App Review Guidelines.
- Submit only one appeal per rejection.
- Respond to any requests for additional information before submitting an appeal.
Once you have submitted the appeal we can escalate it to the App Review Board for review. The App Review Board will contact you directly as soon as they've completed their investigation.
