[MDM]Unable to Install App Store iOS/iPadOS Apps on Apple Silicon Mac - "Failed" State

I tried the new feature of macOS 26.0 com.apple.configuration.app.managed. A configuration and its activation are defined with the data like this.

After distributing the configuration with DeclarativeDevicement MDM command, an error is notified via status channel app.managed.list.
