I’m using IOS 26 beta 1 on my Iphone 13 from last month and now I want to update it to beta 3 which I can see in software update in settings. But when ai click on update now/ update tonight nothing happens. At backend my storage get fills and after restarting the iphone it gets free.

You may want to try uninstalling the beta and then reinstalling as a workaround.
Otherwise, it sounds like you might have an issue with available storage so you can also try deleting unnecessary apps and data before attempting to update to beta 3 again.
