Unable to search contacts , app crashes Call screen goes compl transparent

Call app crashes
unable to open call app as it crashes immediately as I try to open. Have rest all settings and rebooted the system, still no luck. Please have a look asap. unable to make any calls or see who called.
You should probably raise this as a bug in the usual way. It won't really get progressed if it's only posted in these Developer Forums.
