Manage events
Required role: Account Holder, Admin, App Manager, or Marketing. View role permissions.
Edit event details
Once your event is approved, you can adjust the country or region availability, priority, start time, end time, and publish date, provided these dates are in the future.

In the left sidebar, click In-App Events.

Select your event from the list.

Edit your event details and click Save.
Note: If your event is Waiting for Review or In Review you’ll need to remove it from review in order to edit any details except for Country or Region Availability.
Once your event is published on the App Store, you can modify only the start and end dates. Keep in mind that events may only be published a maximum of 14 days prior to their start date, and must not run longer than 31 days. After your event begins, you can adjust the end date only.
Archive an event

In the left sidebar, click In-App Events.

Scroll down to Past Events.

Select your event from the list.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click Archive Event.
Delete an event
You can delete events that are in Draft, Archived, or Approved states. Deleting an event will remove it from your list of events and you won’t be able to access it again.

In the left sidebar, click In-App Events.

Scroll down to Past Events.

Select your event from the list.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click Delete Event.
