I am enrolling to apple developer account and made a payment using UPI with Paytm and successfully setup Automatic payment from paytm and paid 8700 INR to apple but after that it is showing pending till now. Since 3 days passed till now i contacted apple support but no responce also money is debited from my account.

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. What's the problem? How can I finally get to Apple Developer Program without being rejected by AI or some poor auto system?

I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere? Seriously frustrating, I have been trying to reach support through email but no response yet it's been almost a week and also there is no way to reach through phone.

I have enrolled for being a developer 5 days ago. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. However, I did pay and got an email from apple with an order number. I wrote to Support and no news for 2 days. What should I do to get through?

I've registered a developer account and paid for the Developer Program on Feb 12. On Feb 20 I received a payment confirmation. Here's how my "order" looks like right now. This is a bit confusing because there's nothing to "ship", that's a subscription. But OK, maybe that's a unified UI for all purchases. As you can see my order was not yet fulfilled. I've checked the status of my developer account. It shows "Pending". Here's the screenshot. What's even more weird, is that I still see the purchase banner as if I never paid for the program. I've opened a support ticket on Feb 19 but did not receive any messages afterwards. It's as if I've paid for the service and then got completely ignored on actually receiving the service. Hi guys, we are from australia, we applied apple developer program enrolment since dec 2024, and we are stuck in a loophole that after we pay the AUD$149 for the developer program, which reflect in the bank immediately, but it will show cancelled status next day, and the bank will get bounced back $149 in several days anyone can help? We tried 6 cards, Mastercard, Visa, Prepaid, Amex, Credit card and Debit card, under different names but they are all Australian card. We emailed apple support team and we experienced 7+ agents who can't really help us and we enrolled 5+ times on both iPhone and Mac, developer app and web and everytime the results are the same!

I downloaded the iOS and iPadOS 18.4 beta and it worked. Instead on Apple Watch Series 6 it does not install. It says to connect to the Internet but I am connected. I have already tried to restart iPhone 12 pro and Apple Watch but nothing to do. I also did factory data Apple Watch but nothing changed. Apple support told me that they do not help you on betas. I also sent feedback on Apple feedback app. I do not know what to do anymore. Does anyone have the same problem as me? Can it be solved?

I have tried everything. Different addresses, different credit cards, then it appears pending, but the credit card is never charged and then it "resets", meaning I can do the whole process again as if nothing had happened. My team has reached the maximum number of registered iPhone devices on our profile and would like to reset the list to remove those that are no longer valid. Currently, our reset date in the developer portal shows March 22nd as the earliest date for a reset. Is it possible to request an earlier reset date? Thanks
