I applied for an Apple Developer Organization account more than two weeks ago, but I have not received any further information regarding the registration process. Apple previously requested some supporting documents, which I submitted as instructed. I have also followed up, but have yet to receive a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, what steps did you take to resolve it?

Is it only me (or a localisation issue in french) or is there a bug in the submission form (buttons titles):
But acceptance (dark blue button) works as intended.
I have admin access for our Enterprise account I can't see the option to create a DeviceCheck key needed for the App Attest functionality.
Is there a limitation preventing this key from being generated on Enterprise accounts?
Registered close to 2 weeks ago and the account seems to be delayed. I cannot seem to get any help on this. Here is the message I have on the dashboard, Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is 95CTAKWD6P.
Any advice would be appreciated

A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message:
"Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account.
I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response.
This matter is extremely urgent for me. If anyone has experienced this issue and successfully resolved it, please share your solution. I’d greatly appreciate any insight.

I'm an indie developer and I'm currently dealing with a confusing and concerning issue with Apple. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
🔻 What happened:
I’m based in Poland and recently opened a sole proprietorship.
A few days before the issue, I updated my W-8BEN tax form (correcting my personal ID to my business tax ID – NIP).
Then, one day before my scheduled monthly payout, I received an email from Apple saying:
"Your payments are on hold – we’ve noticed irregular activity on your account."
All payments were suddenly put on hold with no specific reason given.
My app remains live and available on the App Store.
I wasn’t warned ahead of time, and there’s no detailed explanation from Apple so far.
🔸 My questions:
Has anyone else had all their payments withheld right before payout like this?
What were the reasons in your case (tax issues, account verification, “irregular activity”, etc.)?
How long did it take to resolve, and did Apple eventually release the funds?
I’ve contacted Apple Finance, but responses so far have been generic and slow.
Any advice, experience, or clarification would be extremely appreciated — this payout is essential for covering my operating costs, and being left without funds so suddenly is pretty rough.
I want to create a verified Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile for Apple devices. As we are developing a solution to manage customer-owned Apple devices by remotely installing and managing an MDM configuration profile (both supervised and unsupervised way).
Any documentation, enrollment prerequisites (such as Apple Business Manager or Developer Enterprise Program), and support you can provide in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
We are trying to implement / test in-app purchase for our subscription purchase in the app. We have done all the steps listed in the documentation on apple's website; and
Our subscription plan is sitting in 'Ready to Submit' state.

Note: We are testing with a real device iphone 13 mini via Xcode.
We tried to test using, ''com.apple.test.Subscription1.monthly'', as instructed but we have not been successful with that. And seems like (based on online search), it doesn't work all the time.
We also searched online for a solution, and some of the forums suggest that we have to submit the app for review when adding subscription for the first time. It doesn't mention the same that in the apple documentation. It confusing.
Help and guidance in this regard would be really appreciated.

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already:
• Set my Apple ID region to the United States
• Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address
• Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States
• Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above
Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE.
Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly?

Hello,
I’m hoping someone from the community can give me some guidance.
I submitted payment for my Developer Program enrollment on May 19. I began following up with support on May 21 and stayed in contact until May 27, during which I received messages saying the order was under review and that I should not retry the payment until the review was complete.
Since then, I haven’t received any updates, despite repeated follow-ups. I’ve asked about the status, whether the payment failed, and whether any corrections are needed, but I haven’t received any reply.
At this point, I’m not sure:
If anyone else has faced this kind of delay or silence?
Whether I should just retry the payment?
If the problem could be caused by using a company credit card under a different name than mine?
Whether I will be contacted even if the order is canceled?
The lack of communication is really blocking my work. I’d appreciate any advice from others who’ve gone through this or guidance from someone at Apple who can escalate the case.

I've been trying to create my Apple Developer account for over a month with absolutely no response from Apple. I've even resubmitted my application, but still nothing.
My situation:
Applied over 20 days ago
Resubmitted application once
Zero communication from Apple
No status updates or timeline provided
This complete lack of feedback is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Other platforms process developer registrations in days, not months, and actually communicate with applicants.
Has anyone experienced similar delays? How long did it take for your account to be approved?
I'm seriously considering switching to other platforms due to this poor experience. Apple's silence is unacceptable for a company of this size.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I’m facing an issue with In-App Purchases. I’ve completed the setup successfully. I logged in with User A's Apple account on an iPhone and completed a purchase. After that, I logged in with User B's account on the same iPhone. When I try to make the same purchase, I get the following error:
“Purchase is a duplicate and will not be reported.”
Because the purchase was already made using User A’s Apple ID, I’m unable to make the same purchase again using User B’s account on the same device.
Could you please guide me on how to handle this situation?

Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations.
Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it:
Account was deprecated
We managed to access the developer website, also the appstoreconnect website, but so far all apps are not yet available in the store.
